There were also many entries in the military vehicles categories Roughly estimated, as many as in the aircraft categories
My apologies for not labeling these pictures
There were just too many of them
... and it takes me too much time
Something quite unusual... RAK 120mm mortar on a Marder 1A3 - a 2014 demonstrator - in 1/72 scale
My favorite diorama ... not the highly realistic play with water
Great idea ! Note the use of the helmet...
Note the Sherman turret !
Each year there are also more and more entries in the civilian vehicles categories Ranging from trucks...
... to apocalyptic cars
To beautiful classics...
A dog's got to do...
Oh how I wish !
Michael Knight was in fact an entry in the figure categories ... even though the car takes most of the attention Well - in MY universe anyway
These two models below were really little works of incredible art
It was the first time I saw this category H-81 : The brush painted category !
There were even several vehicles in this "Brush painted" category
The Youngster categories (13-15)
And the Junior categories (16-18)
And a very nice entry in the Paper categories
Time to have a look at all the vendors
... with many tempting products from all over the world
Mark I Models - from the Czech Republic
With their 144 scale Curtiss Hawks making their debut
The good people from Hataka
Also many clubs were attending this show
Visitors can pin their home location on a map
Outside were possibilities for refreshments
So I had a beer with our good friend Miro
More vendors were located in the rooms and corridors of a nearby school
Brengun
RS Models ... with Robert hiding behind his new post cards
Fly
Lukograph
A lot of Hobby Boss kits in promotion - 40 % !!! Two rows of boxes !
SBS Models were premiering their new macchi MC.72
But it was getting late ... and time to leave Hungary
Miro arranged for transport back to the trainstation in Bratislava
Where I took the train back to Prague
I enjoyed a small dinner
To help pass the time during the four hour train ride
Arriving in Prague late in the evening
And flying back home the next day
With a thing or two in my luggage
It was again a splendid day Thank you all for your interest and support And a special Thank You to Miro for helping me with transportation... All comments, remarks, corrections, suggestions are welcome
