This was the first year 2002 plastic scale model show and I was really looking forward to it, though due to a family reunion in the afternoon I could only attend it in the morning. I had to get up early and while I left, mom told me to make sure I was back at noon. Yes mom...

After a one hour drive I found a small happening with only a few trade stands, a few club stands but the competition area contained a lot of models, especially figure models.

I loved seeing some older dioramas in the contest, this gave me the opportunity to take more pictures of them. I took my time enjoying the models and trying to take fine pictures.

As I left I quickly bought a Dragon Heinkel He-219 and Arado Ar-234 from a sales bin for a real cheap price (about $10,00 each). Now that'll keep me busy for another two years - at least.
